She was a fantastic communicator and helped us plan everything, from the equipment needed on the day, to the menu, to the wait and bar staff. The food was absolutely delicious and so many of our guest told us how much they enjoyed it. One of my concerns about having finger food instead of a meal was that people might not get enough food but I was reassured by Michelle this would not be the case with her catering and as promised there was more than enough food and all of our guests left happy and well fed. "Michelle catered for our wedding in January on our family property. She had a good understanding of what we were after and had innovative ideas to make it a truly memorable day. "Michelle managed the catering for our recent wedding in the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. The food was one of the main priorities for both of us on the day. We found it really helpful having the opportunity to catch up with Michelle a few times to develop a menu that met all our guests differing catering requirements, of which there were many, but at the same time was reflective of who we were and the food we both liked. Michelle worked tirelessly on the day looking after us and all our guests going that extra mile to ensure everything was perfect for us like making up a fruit cocktail drink at the last minute and making sure the both of us were catered for during the busy parts of our day. Michelle also arranged a waitress for the day, who did a fantastic and professional job of keeping the drinks flowing and everything moving along smoothly. 

All the food was fresh and seasonal the canapés were presented really well consisting of unique and amazing flavours, our mains chicken and lamb accompanied with fresh flavoursome salads were cooked to perfection. The desserts and wedding cake were perfect. To this day our quests are still commenting on how amazing the catering was at our wedding. We are both really grateful for how well the catering worked out on our day, thanks again Michelle."

"I would thoroughly recommend 'Saltimbocca Catering' – Michelle – Chef , a charming and very capable young lady who more than adequately catered for our Rotary Club of Sorrento's running of our District Conference at the Wendouree Performing Arts Centre for over 660 delegates !! – Nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was above and beyond, catering for over 40 special diets – all specially labelled and named – her morning and afternoon tea selection of slices, cakes plus gluten free slices were the subject of great praise and the lunches – comments – "so fresh" and one gluten free said she had never had "such a delightful lunch". "Michelle caters for our bi-monthly Council Meeting Days at Linton. The days require the provision of a lunch menu for up to 15 people, afternoon tea for up to 50 people and a 2 course plated dinner for up to 20 people including VIPs. 

Council has been delighted with the service that Saltimbocca provides. Michelle's food is always of the highest standard. Her cakes, sandwiches and fruit platters are commented upon at every afternoon tea and the food provided at dinner is first class, tasty and the presentation is always excellent. "I recently got married and had the pleasure of experiencing Michelle's beautiful food, from the fresh fruit platters to the roast meats and salads everything was of a high standard very tasty, beautifully seasoned and plentiful. Being a chef myself i do have a high standard of expectation of food and that expectation was more than met! 

Our guests from our younger friends to parents and grandparents raved about the food saying that it was just beautiful and they were totally satisfied after their meal.
